Shift Supervisor

• Spearhead area-wise logistics operations, tracking order invoices, gate passes, and volume deliveries to ensure seamless execution. • Oversee the daily receipt, storage, and issuance of finished goods, guaranteeing efficient inventory management. • Drive timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods, aligning with predefined delivery plans and schedules. • Collaborate with transporters to optimize vehicle loading, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity. • Lead and manage distribution teams to meet deadlines, providing guidance and support to ensure success. • Monitor and supervise daily team activities, offering assistance and resolving issues as needed. • Compile and submit shift reports, detailing stock movements, dispatch status, and any challenges encountered. • Validate delivery documents, including challans, invoices, and transport records, to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Maintain meticulous records of product receipts and shipments, ensuring transparent and auditable documentation.
