Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by developing and executing zone-wise sales budgets and strategies to expand market share
* Architect and manage yearly marketing budgets, ensuring regional and zonal targets are met
* Lead and supervise staff and AI Service Providers, fostering capacity development and farmer retention plans
* Conduct market research and analysis, applying innovative marketing and sales techniques to stay ahead of the competition
* Develop and implement sales promotion and business development plans, building a strong sales network and supply chain
* Design and execute container loan distribution plans, optimizing regional and zonal operations
* Oversee inventory management, ensuring seamless operations across the region
* Coordinate the distribution of AI materials and liquid nitrogen, ensuring timely delivery to the field
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, government agencies, and non-government organizations
* Collaborate with BRAC programs and other organizations, adhering to government policies and regulations
* Analyze reports and provide actionable insights to senior management, informing data-driven decisions
* Facilitate regular meetings with staff and AI Service Providers, promoting open communication and feedback
* Gather and analyze competitor intelligence, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth
* Empower team members through motivation, counseling, skills development, and product knowledge training
* Ensure a safe and secure working environment, safeguarding team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation
* Champion safeguarding policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety and respect
* Implement and enforce safeguarding standards, reporting incidents and encouraging others to do the same
* Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Education
- Graduate with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Additional
- Experience on Breeding, Artificial Insemination, Dairy production and livestock development program
- Knowledge on direct sales operation, markets and Visual Merchandising, distributor management, People management, Inventory management, supply chain management
- Excellent in work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment
- Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill
- Must have using capabilities of MS Office
- Good analytical, problem-solving, numerical, time management skills
- Able to work with maintain a strong ethics; manage confidential data
- Able to work under stress situation
