Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead outbound prospecting initiatives through targeted cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to uncover fresh business opportunities
* Identify and engage high-potential clients that align with the company's ideal customer profile, driving meaningful connections and growth
* Architect and coordinate discovery calls and meetings for the sales team, ensuring seamless handoffs and maximizing conversion rates
* Manage and maintain precise records of interactions, pipeline activity, and key performance metrics within the CRM, informing data-driven decisions
* Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies, optimize outreach efforts, and boost overall performance
* Consistently deliver high-impact results, exceeding KPI targets for outreach volume, qualified leads, and booked meetings, while continuously refining and improving the sales pipeline
* Develop and execute effective cold outreach strategies, leveraging email, calls, and LinkedIn to penetrate new markets and expand the company's reach
* Apply a deep understanding of digital marketing services, value propositions, and sales fundamentals to craft compelling narratives and negotiate successful outcomes
* Leverage data analytics and insights to optimize outreach performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted enhancements to drive growth and revenue expansion
