Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead customer acquisition efforts through strategic field visits to identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the sales network and driving growth. * Champion brand promotion and representation for VERTIV, AMARON QUANTA, and other tech-related brands, showcasing expertise and building credibility with potential clients and consultants. * Drive sales performance by aggressively pursuing market opportunities and taking ownership of assigned sales targets, ensuring proactive and results-driven approach. * Foster strong, lasting relationships with existing and new customers through regular engagement, personalized communication, and tailored support, ensuring long-term loyalty and retention. * Develop and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations, leveraging persuasive storytelling and data-driven insights to win over clients and drive business success. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and submit tenders, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with technical requirements to deliver tailored product solutions. * Architect and maintain a robust lead management system, tracking potential customers and driving consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and revenue growth. * Uncover strategic insights through market research and analysis, gathering customer feedback, monitoring competitor activity, and identifying trends to inform business decisions and optimize market strategies. * Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, leveraging consumer insights and market intelligence to enhance product marketability, profitability, and competitiveness. * Lead high-stakes client negotiations, facilitate contract discussions, and represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and conferences, building brand reputation and thought leadership.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

  • Experience in Engineering Firms or a Group of Companies
  • Proven expertise and technical knowledge in specific areas
  • Valid driving license and ability to ride a motorcycle
  • Proficiency in MS Office and professional email communication
