Key Responsibilities

* Drive exceptional client experiences by delivering personalized support and ensuring seamless front desk operations * Manage client appointments, scheduling, and rescheduling with precision and professionalism * Provide expert guidance and support to walk-in and appointment clients, addressing their queries and concerns with empathy and accuracy * Foster a culture of open communication, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and responding to digital inquiries with politeness and professionalism * Architect efficient billing and accounts processes, ensuring accurate handling of client invoices, payments, and transactions * Lead daily cash, bank, expense, and collection record-keeping, maintaining meticulous financial records and updating accounts data with precision * Support payroll preparation by following attendance and salary structures, and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Front Desk, Accounts, Operations, and Management, to ensure seamless administrative and operational support * Develop and maintain a well-organized filing system for client records, bills, vouchers, and important documents, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality * Champion a disciplined, clean, and professional front desk environment, adhering to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Analyze and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection and accounts reports, providing actionable insights to drive business growth * Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, and audit-related regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documents * Design and implement effective customer experience management strategies, leveraging client feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and excellence * Build strong relationships with clients, responding to their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism, and driving loyalty and retention through exceptional service delivery.
