Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue targets. * Architect a robust brand presence that commands premium positioning in local and international real estate markets. * Craft and deploy comprehensive brand strategies that amplify equity, visibility, and long-term sustainability. * Launch and drive multi-channel marketing campaigns that propel project launches, promotions, and lifestyle positioning. * Uncover new growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity. * Develop persuasive investment narratives that highlight ROI, asset appreciation, and long-term value. * Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including investors, government bodies, and sponsors. * Represent the organization at high-profile events, expos, and industry forums to elevate brand presence and networks. * Pioneer digital transformation initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation. * Design and implement customer engagement strategies that drive loyalty, referrals, and community growth. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts directly impact sales conversion. * Optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI while maintaining premium brand standards. * Establish key performance indicators and develop performance dashboards to track brand visibility, campaign effectiveness, and conversion metrics. * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team that drives business results. * Manage external partners, including agencies, media partners, and vendors, to ensure quality execution, innovation, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Commerce (MCom)

Additional

  • Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure, real estate, or industrial sectors
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capability
  • Expertise in brand marketing and campaign management
  • Ability to act independently and contribute to strategic planning
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (2D & 3D) will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 10 years in a similar leadership role
  • Only Male
