Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead front-desk operations, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for visitors, clients, and candidates.
* Drive seamless communication by managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with precision and efficiency.
* Architect a positive first impression by maintaining a well-organized and inviting reception area.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and logistics with ease, ensuring flawless execution of events and meetings.
* Partner with the HR team to support recruitment efforts, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
* Champion accurate record-keeping by maintaining up-to-date employee files, HR documentation, and attendance records.
* Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a positive and engaging introduction to the company.
* Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR tasks, including reporting and data management, to drive business efficiency and growth.
