Assistant Consultant/Consultant (Social Safeguard)

* Spearhead comprehensive reviews of literature and regulatory frameworks, analyzing national laws and international standards to inform project development. * Architect social baseline assessments, leveraging demographic, socio-economic, cultural, and vulnerability data to profile project-affected communities. * Drive stakeholder engagement through facilitation of Focus Group Discussions, Key Informant Interviews, In-Depth Interviews, and community consultations, ensuring alignment with stakeholder engagement plans. * Manage field-based data collection activities, including census surveys, socio-economic surveys, and Inventory of Losses, to gather high-quality data. * Oversee field data collection processes, ensuring rigorous quality control, ethical compliance, and meticulous documentation, while supporting data cleaning, management, and analysis. * Develop and contribute to critical safeguard instruments, such as Social Impact Assessments, Resettlement Action Plans, and Livelihood Restoration Plans. * Craft and compile technical reports, including field reports, consultation summaries, and ESIA/ESDD deliverables, to communicate findings and insights. * Collaborate with clients and stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and follow-up actions, fostering strong relationships and effective communication. * Support the development of Expressions of Interest, technical proposals, and project documentation for national and international assignments, driving business growth and opportunities. * Foster partnerships with international and national consultants, experts, and organizations, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. * Embark on frequent field visits to remote and project-affected areas, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to project success.
