* Spearhead the garment production process, from sewing to cutting, to ensure timely delivery to buyers. * Oversee the availability of finishing accessories, tracking inventory levels and ensuring alignment with buyer requirements and purchase orders. * Drive adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ironing, folding, and packing, monitoring compliance across all buyer and purchase order categories. * Architect and execute weekly shipment plans, ensuring alignment with buyer purchase orders and deadlines. * Monitor hourly production metrics, maintaining accurate records to inform data-driven decisions. * Ensure the delivery of high-quality products, conducting timely audits and inspections to guarantee excellence. * Foster cross-functional collaboration, communicating with planning, merchandising, cutting, sewing, and other departments to streamline production and shipment processes. * Manage packing operations, verifying the accuracy of packing lists, ERP data, carton stickers, and cartoning procedures. * Lead the cut-to-ship process, reconciling production and quality data to ensure seamless order fulfillment and closure. * Supervise and guide finishing workers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to optimize finishing operations. * Uphold company standards, ensuring compliance with all operational aspects of the business, including adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
