Merchandiser (Modern Trade)

* Spearhead market visits to assigned outlets, driving sales growth and optimizing product visibility in super shops, restaurants, and institutional outlets. * Architect and execute effective merchandising strategies for Dairy & CSD products, ensuring seamless sales and display activities. * Drive sales performance, achieving assigned targets and pushing the sales of near-expiry products to minimize losses. * Lead daily outlet coverage, managing a minimum of 6 outlets and collecting orders to ensure timely fulfillment. * Manage and analyze sales data, preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports to inform business decisions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to merchandise AHL, ABEL, and AEEL products, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners and staff, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly. * Embody a flexible and adaptable approach, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to drive business success.
