Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead brand strategy and execution across digital and offline channels to drive business growth and engagement • Architect and launch targeted campaigns that boost footfall, sales, and brand loyalty • Collaborate with key stakeholders to craft compelling offers, events, and experiences that resonate with target audiences • Drive daily operations, overseeing agencies, activations, and online/offline channels to ensure seamless execution • Deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable ROI, analyzing performance data to inform future strategies • Optimize brand performance through data-driven insights, ensuring continuous improvement and KPI achievement • Develop and implement promotions that drive business results and reinforce brand identity • Foster strong brand reputation and perception through strategic communication and stakeholder engagement • Lead agency, vendor, and partnership management, ensuring effective collaboration and budget management • Oversee digital platform management, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand expression across all channels • Ensure brand consistency and excellence, maintaining a strong brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints
