Key Responsibilities
* Drive the successful implementation of WGSS and WELP activities, including tailoring and salon training, in accordance with project work plans, donor requirements, and guidelines.
* Lead and supervise WGSS and WELP trainers, providing technical and managerial guidance to ensure high-quality training delivery.
* Architect training sessions that adhere to established lesson plans, schedules, and protection standards, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
* Manage trainer performance, monitoring attendance, progress, and adherence to safeguarding principles, and address any issues promptly.
* Oversee the maintenance of training records, including attendance sheets, progress tracking, and completion certificates, to ensure accurate reporting.
* Compile and share weekly and monthly training progress reports with senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
* Ensure the proper use, care, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and consumables, and maintain updated stock and asset registers.
* Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics, to ensure seamless project execution.
* Develop and submit regular progress reports to senior management, meeting deadlines and ensuring timely completion of training sessions.
* Champion safeguarding principles, promoting a culture of protection and respect, and ensuring that all activities integrate safeguarding measures to prevent harm, abuse, and exploitation.
* Implement and uphold the Inter-Agency Standing Committee's (IASC) six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
* Serve as a key resource and expert on safeguarding, providing guidance and support to establish a secure and respectful work environment, and encouraging others to report any incidents or concerns.

- Master's degree in Social Science/Gender Studies/Development Studies or related field

- Ability to communicate effectively in the Rohingya language
