Key Responsibilities

* Drive the delivery of professional, confidential, and survivor-centered case management services to GBV survivors, adhering to established guiding principles and protocols. * Manage and maintain accurate case management data on the GBVIMS/Primero platform, ensuring timely updates and data quality. * Uphold the principles of confidentiality and case management, aligning with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GBV guidelines, and inter-agency guidelines. * Facilitate effective referrals and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high-quality service delivery and support for GBV survivors. * Collaborate with the Psychosocial Support (PSS) team to refer GBV survivors for support and maintain coordination with key stakeholders, including WGSS, WELP, SASA, and Men and Boys Engagement Programme. * Foster partnerships with various stakeholders, including CIC, Legal, Health, MHPSS, CBP, and Site Management, to establish a comprehensive referral pathway. * Provide technical support and guidance to Case Management Volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective services. * Develop and maintain accurate records, upholding data protection and confidentiality standards, and submitting regular reports to the respective Case Manager. * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, logistics, HR, CP, and CBP, to ensure a seamless work environment and address emerging needs. * Design and implement individual action plans, tracking progress and submitting accomplishment reports to the respective Case Manager. * Champion safeguarding policies and principles, integrating them into all activities to protect staff, beneficiaries, and community members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation. * Implement and promote established safeguarding reporting procedures, encouraging others to report incidents and ensuring a safe working environment. * Embed the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)'s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) into daily operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of team members and beneficiaries.
