Key Responsibilities
* Drive the procurement and management of supplies to ensure seamless execution of field and office-based activities, maintaining accurate stock documentation and records.
* Lead daily stock checks, verifying opening stock and incoming materials against SOP/ISO standards, and prepare bills and good receipt POs for submission to accounts.
* Manage and implement the inventory and asset management system, ensuring strong coordination with teams and user departments to maintain a well-organized warehouse.
* Oversee the maintenance of store assets, including computers and security systems, and uphold high standards of store management.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive records, including stock registers and BIN cards, to track procurement, delivery, and stock levels.
* Analyze stock ageing, identify obsolete stock, and communicate findings to management, while also preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly logistics reports.
* Architect and maintain a list of approved vendors and suppliers, providing logistics support for workshops and seminars, and conducting bi-monthly physical inventory of assets.
* Ensure timely and quality distribution of materials to the field, receiving and verifying materials against quality and quantity standards.
* Foster a safe working environment, upholding the Inter-Agency Standing Committee's six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy, and providing guidance and expertise on safeguarding to support team members.
* Drive the implementation of safeguarding measures, prioritizing the safety and well-being of team members, and promoting a culture of respect and accountability.
* Deliver regular reports to supervisors, providing insights and updates on store operations, inventory management, and logistics support.

Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional
- Having Experience working in a refugee context
- Knowledge of inventory management, storing, and racking
- Having knowledge of material segregation and delivery to the field
- Ability of material arrangement, Loading & Unloading
- Do proper documentation of distribution and register maintenance
- Having experience in quality report writing and developing need-based tools
- Sound Knowledge of Computer Skills
- Able to communicate in the English language (Speaking & Writing)
- Able to speak & understand the Rohingya/ Chittagonian Language
