QA Engineer (Software Testing & Quality Assurance)

* Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital platform. * Drive functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and system inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy of calculations, workflows, and financial logic. * Architect and validate trading workflows, including order placement, execution, and settlement logic, to guarantee seamless and stable transactions. * Lead the development of automated test scripts for repeatable workflows, leveraging tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to enhance testing efficiency and reduce manual effort. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to reproduce and resolve issues, anticipate edge cases, and improve system architecture through testing insights. * Develop and maintain structured bug reports, test documentation, and quality metrics to ensure transparency and audit-ready compliance. * Analyze and optimize testing processes, leveraging CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git to ensure stable releases and continuous improvement. * Identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks, ensuring the platform's stability and reliability in handling real-time market data and transactions. * Foster a culture of quality and collaboration, working closely with engineers and product managers to design and deliver high-quality software products that meet global standards. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL queries, and testing tools to drive innovation and excellence in software testing and quality assurance.
