Key Responsibilities

* Drive the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that boost employee skills, performance, and organizational productivity. * Architect tailored learning and development initiatives that address specific departmental and employee needs, in collaboration with department heads. * Deliver and coordinate training sessions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, and leveraging external trainers when necessary. * Measure training program effectiveness using defined KPIs, assessing their impact on employee performance, productivity, and competency growth. * Develop managerial capabilities and leadership skills through structured coaching and learning initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. * Manage training budgets, optimizing resource utilization and monitoring expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness. * Develop and present training reports and dashboards, providing insights on training coverage and effectiveness to inform management decisions. * Ensure fulfillment of mandatory and regulatory training requirements, maintaining accurate, audit-ready records and databases. * Lead and develop high-performing training teams, driving continuous professional growth and exceptional delivery quality. * Stay abreast of modern training methodologies and digital tools, applying this knowledge to enhance training programs and initiatives. * Support organizational change initiatives through targeted learning interventions, aligning with talent development and succession planning strategies. * Leverage strong analytical and reporting skills to inform training decisions, and utilize excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration and engagement.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Additional

  • Progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR functions
  • Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis
  • Hands-on experience in developing training strategies
  • Experience in managing training budgets
  • Strong exposure to training analytics
  • Experience in regulatory and compliance training
  • Prior experience in Banks, NBFIs, or Financial Institutions
