Key Responsibilities

* Drive financial operations, including voucher preparation, payments, and record-keeping to ensure seamless project execution. * Manage financial data by checking and posting accounting information in D365 software for partnership projects, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. * Develop and maintain comprehensive financial statements, including monthly and quarterly reports, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational and donor requirements. * Lead financial planning and budgeting efforts, including preparation, monitoring, and forecasting, to optimize resource allocation and ensure project deliverables. * Architect and implement effective financial control systems, ensuring adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and donor regulations to mitigate risks and ensure transparency. * Collaborate with consortium partners to consolidate financial reports, track expenditures, and identify variances, providing actionable insights for management decision-making. * Oversee procurement activities, ensuring compliance with donor policies and procedures, and maintain an up-to-date inventory of project assets and supplies to optimize resource utilization. * Manage office logistics, fleet management, and asset tagging to ensure efficient operations and minimize costs. * Provide administrative support to project staff, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and logistics, to facilitate smooth project implementation. * Design and maintain organized filing systems for project correspondence, contracts, and financial documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval of critical information. * Coordinate event logistics, such as workshops, training sessions, and meetings, to ensure successful project events and activities. * Ensure compliance with donor requirements, internal controls, and financial policies, and prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
