* Spearhead government e-GP tender initiatives, navigating both local and international processes with expertise. * Oversee dual tendering channels, seamlessly managing electronic and manual tendering activities to maximize efficiency. * Identify and capitalize on tender opportunities through meticulous research on the E-GP portal, newspapers, and other key platforms. * Architect and prepare comprehensive tender documents, BOQs, and submission requirements that meet precise specifications. * Drive strategic decision-making by analyzing technical and commercial tender conditions and presenting insightful reports to management. * Foster strong relationships with government clients and relevant authorities through effective communication and stakeholder management. * Lead pre-bid meetings, address tender-related queries, and provide clarifications to ensure seamless tender processes. * Monitor and manage tender schedules, including purchase, submission, amendments, and compliance deadlines. * Ensure rigorous documentation and adherence to PPR rules, maintaining the highest standards of compliance. * Conduct market research to track competitor activities, stay abreast of market trends, and inform tender strategies. * Proactively follow up on tender progress, submission, and results, driving timely and successful outcomes.
