Project Coordinator

* Spearhead the Digital Empowerment and Language Enhancement Initiative in Sylhet, driving programme implementation in line with the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values. * Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, schools, employees, volunteers, and NGOs to ensure collaborative programme delivery. * Architect the successful integration of the Akelius Language Platform, monitoring key performance indicators such as student engagement, teacher participation, and learning outcomes to inform data-driven decision-making. * Drive timely and accurate reporting, including narrative and financial reports, to meet donor requirements and ensure compliance with ProDIGI systems and Results-Based Management (RBM) frameworks. * Design and deliver capacity-building training, meetings, and workshops for programme staff, stakeholders, and participants to enhance programme effectiveness and impact. * Oversee financial management, ensuring adherence to organizational financial rules and regulations, as well as government compliance, to maintain transparency and accountability. * Lead programme monitoring and evaluation, tracking progress against set objectives and making data-informed decisions to optimize programme outcomes and achieve sustainable results.
