Head of Quality

* Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge quality systems, standard operating procedures, and buyer compliance standards to drive excellence in quality operations. * Architect and lead comprehensive QA & QC operations across diverse product categories, including knit, woven, sports, and outerwear, to ensure seamless quality control. * Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing inspection data from QA teams, identifying trends, and ensuring the highest product quality standards for shipped goods. * Identify and mitigate quality risks, defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize their impact on production and customer satisfaction. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Production, Merchandising, Planning, and Technical, to ensure timely and quality shipments. * Develop and present insightful quality reports, KPI analysis, and management updates to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement. * Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing QA/QC teams, instilling a culture of discipline, excellence, and customer-centricity. * Champion a culture of quality, safety, and excellence across all factories, ensuring adherence to 6S principles, workplace safety, and zero tolerance for critical defects. * Conduct regular quality audits of factories, establishing and refining quality parameters to drive supplier excellence and customer satisfaction. * Drive a customer-obsessed approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty through the delivery of high-quality products and exceptional service.
