Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in key markets, including Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, and IT Managed Services. * Architect and lead high-performing sales teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional results and target attainment across all product lines. * Uncover new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and identify key decision-makers in the IT and technology sector to fuel growth and expansion. * Foster and maintain strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients, key customers, and influential stakeholders to drive long-term success. * Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences. * Deliver data-driven sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to inform management decisions and drive business outcomes. * Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands in Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. * Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and drive growth. * Drive B2B and enterprise sales initiatives, leveraging solution selling and key account management to achieve business objectives. * Ensure the effective use of CRM systems, maintaining accurate sales pipeline and reporting to inform sales strategies and optimize performance. * Craft customized proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts that meet client needs and drive business growth. * Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the company's overall success. * Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team's knowledge of IT products, solution selling, and client engagement strategies. * Represent the company at high-profile events, including corporate meetings, industry conferences, and client presentations, showcasing the company's expertise and value proposition. * Prioritize customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional after-sales support and ensuring long-term customer loyalty and retention.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

  • Strong experience in Sales for Server/Data Center/IT Solutions/Software/Bulk SMS/Technology solutions sales
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in IT solutions/services
  • Strong understanding of Cloud, Hybrid e-mail solutions, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT services
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
