* Spearhead order sourcing and tracking from contract to shipment, ensuring seamless execution. * Collaborate with factory technical teams to review and refine fit, pre-production, and production samples, guaranteeing client requirements are met. * Drive new development projects forward, working closely with factories to secure timely sample submissions, pricing, and client-specific details. * Develop and manage key documents, including purchase orders, internal orders, and costing sheets. * Foster cross-functional partnerships with marketing, design, supply chain, production, and quality departments to ensure aligned business objectives. * Lead quality control initiatives, partnering with production and QA teams to guarantee exceptional product quality from inception to delivery. * Coordinate with production teams to meet shipment deadlines, ensuring merchandisers provide buyers with up-to-date order status. * Maintain meticulous style files, updating them with detailed information to facilitate smooth handovers to the quality department. * Optimize production lead times and merchandise profitability, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue. * Deliver weekly progress reports, providing real-time insights into order status, outstanding issues, and potential roadblocks. * Proactively alert relevant stakeholders to exceptions and potential concerns, ensuring prompt issue resolution. * Accompany clients on vendor and factory visits, providing production insights and strengthening business relationships. * Adapt to evolving business needs, taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management to drive company success.
