Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by leading a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals to expand dealer and distributor networks nationwide. * Develop and execute market penetration strategies, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the electronics industry, market trends, and competitor analysis. * Foster strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and mutual growth. * Architect and implement effective sales forecasting and planning to stay ahead of the competition and achieve sales targets. * Identify and acquire new dealers and retailers to expand the company's reach and increase market share. * Deliver exceptional sales performance, meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly targets. * Champion organizational goals and objectives, driving sales and marketing excellence through self-motivation and innovative thinking. * Provide actionable insights and reports on market progress, credit realization, and customer performance to inform business decisions. * Manage frequent travel to assigned areas, building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to drive business success.
