Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives in the dealer and retailer network
* Foster strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers to expand market reach and penetration
* Develop and execute plans to acquire new dealers and retailers, increasing the company's market presence
* Lead sales efforts to achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly targets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals
* Architect and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance the company's position in the market
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and drive sales performance
* Manage and analyze market trends, customer performance, and credit realization to inform business decisions
* Conduct regular market visits and tours to stay connected with customers, gather market insights, and identify new business opportunities
* Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and sales priorities
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs to drive sales and marketing initiatives

- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree under any discipline
Additional
- Having own Bike with Valid Driving License
- Should be honest and hardworking
- Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed
- Good Command in Bengali & English
- Hands on exposure in MS Office (Word, XLS and PPT) & Email communication
- Data interpretation capabilities
