Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by achieving sales targets at assigned dealer outlets across the country, including the Dhaka Metropolitan Area * Foster strong partnerships with dealers and customers to expand the company's reach and reputation * Showcase and promote electronic products effectively, highlighting their features and benefits to customers * Architect visually appealing displays and merchandising strategies at sales points to maximize customer engagement * Deliver regular sales performance updates to management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions * Lead customer-centric initiatives, resolving queries and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty * Manage and maintain a strong presence at dealer outlets, ensuring seamless sales operations and excellent customer experiences * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and new product launches, driving sales strategy and growth

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree under any discipline

  • Hands on exposure in MS Office (Word, XLS and PPT) & Email communication
  • Data interpretation capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
