Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and delivery of vocational training programs, aligning with Competency Standards and Competency-Based Learning Materials, to enhance skill development for targeted beneficiaries. * Collaborate with the Vocational Training Specialist to oversee and coordinate trade-specific training, ensuring adherence to UNHCR-provided curriculum and humanitarian principles. * Lead the implementation of training curricula, assessments, and quality assurance procedures, working closely with the Vocational Training Expert and Vocational Training Specialist. * Deliver high-quality training sessions, utilizing Competency Standards and Competency-Based Learning Materials, to facilitate successful course completion and certification. * Foster a supportive learning environment, guiding learners to develop personal and professional skills, and ensuring timely completion of qualifications. * Architect and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including peer trainers, quality assurance teams, and training center staff, to share best practices and drive continuous improvement. * Manage and coordinate the selection and enrollment process for training participants, ensuring prequalification criteria are met, with support from Senior Officer-Job Placement and Officer-Skills. * Analyze training needs, gather feedback, and provide insights to inform future program development, modification, and improvement. * Provide technical guidance and support to the Vocational Supervisor, ensuring alignment with project objectives and standards. * Participate in training of trainers (ToT) and skill assessments, as directed by the Vocational Training Expert and Vocational Training Specialist, to enhance expertise and stay updated on industry developments. * Coordinate with trainers to ensure completion of monitoring and evaluation requirements, driving data-driven decision-making and program optimization.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) under reputed public or private university
  • BNQF Level-2 or Level-3 certificate in Solar Electrical System/Electrical Installation and Maintenance under NSDA/BTEB
