Key Responsibilities
* Drive production workflow efficiency and quality control processes to meet CNRS and UNHCR standards, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Centre In-Charge, QC Officer, and production teams, to monitor daily production, inspect product quality, and optimize material usage.
* Lead training initiatives for refugee participants, focusing on quality requirements and skill development to enhance production standards and adherence to guidelines.
* Manage production records, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with established production protocols.
* Conduct regular quality inspections to identify defects, discrepancies, or areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to minimize rejection rates.
* Architect and implement effective quality control processes, including raw material verification, finished product inspections, and on-time shipment coordination.
* Foster a safe and supportive production environment, prioritizing the wellbeing of production volunteers and promoting a culture of excellence.
* Develop and deliver training programs to address skill gaps and knowledge deficiencies among trainees, enhancing their capacity to meet production targets.
* Analyze production data, track progress, and provide actionable insights to inform production planning, quality control, and inventory management decisions.
* Streamline inventory management, store reconciliation, and dispatch procedures to ensure seamless production output and minimize delays.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and implementing process enhancements to boost production efficiency and quality.

Education
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
- Diploma in Textile, Productivity & Quality Management, Fashion Design, Apparel, or Merchandising
- Bachelor in any discipline with Certificate Course on GPQ / Quality Control Management
Additional
- A minimum of 03 years of professional experience in Textile, Fashion Design, Apparel, and Merchandise
- Experience working in the context of Rohingya Camps

- Excellent teamwork
