Key Responsibilities

* Architect and deploy comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business growth. * Drive recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, leading to effective onboarding and placement of top performers. * Manage and oversee performance management frameworks, ensuring fair appraisals and continuous employee development. * Foster a culture of high performance, providing guidance on career progression and growth opportunities for employees. * Resolve employee conflicts and grievances, implementing disciplinary actions when necessary, while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and compliance documents, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. * Design and administer competitive compensation, benefits, and payroll programs, aligning with industry standards and business objectives. * Identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning and development initiatives, enhancing employee capabilities and organizational performance. * Develop and present insightful HR reports, providing data-driven recommendations to inform management decisions. * Collaborate with senior leadership to shape organizational planning, workforce strategy, and cultural development. * Lead, coach, and supervise HR and administrative teams, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centric service. * Champion organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives, driving a positive and productive work environment. * Contribute to policy formulation, organizational development, and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. * Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Additional

  • Proven experience in managerial or supervisory capacity
  • Communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, strong interpersonal & communication, and leadership qualities
  • Able to work under pressure when needed
