Factory Operations Manager/Sr. Manager, (Tiles Manufacturing)

* Spearhead end-to-end factory operations, driving production, maintenance, quality control, supply chain coordination, and workforce management to achieve optimal output and adherence to international quality standards. * Architect and execute production strategies, overseeing the entire tiles manufacturing process from raw material to finished goods, and ensuring production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and delivery timelines. * Drive operational excellence by implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives, identifying inefficiencies, reducing wastage, and improving yield, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. * Champion quality management, ensuring compliance with national and international quality standards, collaborating with QA/QC teams, and analyzing defects to implement corrective and preventive actions. * Oversee maintenance and engineering operations, supervising preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime, and coordinating technical upgrades to maximize equipment reliability. * Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, promoting compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and EHS standards, conducting regular safety drills and audits, and maintaining proper documentation. * Manage supply chain and inventory operations, ensuring uninterrupted availability of raw materials, working closely with procurement and warehouse teams, and monitoring inventory levels to minimize excess or shortages. * Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing training and performance management, fostering discipline, productivity, and employee engagement, and driving a culture of excellence and accountability. * Develop and manage factory operational budgets, monitoring cost per unit, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing regular reports to top management on operational and financial performance, driving cost efficiency and business growth.
