* Spearhead the design process for seasonal collections, driving concept development through to final product specifications that embody the brand's aesthetic and meet consumer demands. * Architect design strategies by analyzing global fashion trends, competitor activity, fabric innovations, and consumer insights to stay ahead of the curve. * Develop and refine seasonal concepts, including mood boards, color palettes, fabric direction, and silhouettes, to bring the collection vision to life. * Drive technical design excellence by partnering with technical designers, patternmakers, and sample rooms to ensure flawless fit, construction, and design execution. * Pioneer product innovation by exploring cutting-edge materials, trims, washes, and technical features that enhance product performance and visual appeal. * Foster cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to achieve business objectives, including costing targets, timelines, and margin goals. * Oversee sample review processes, conducting fittings, reviewing prototypes, and providing clear feedback to inform sample revisions and ensure design integrity.
