Key Responsibilities
* Drive exceptional customer experiences by responding to high-volume incoming calls to the Helpline in a timely and professional manner.
* Deliver personalized support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing detailed product information to meet their needs.
* Architect effective solutions by identifying customer pain points, clarifying concerns, and researching issues to provide accurate and timely resolutions.
* Lead issue resolution by investigating and resolving customer complaints in a prompt and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to designated team members as needed.
* Manage customer relationships by providing clear and concise information about company products, services, and promotions, and educating customers on product features and benefits.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning by staying up-to-date on company offerings, services, and promotions to provide expert guidance and support.
* Leverage social media platforms to engage with customers, respond to queries, and provide support through channels such as Facebook and WhatsApp.
* Collaborate with team leaders by reporting complex issues and providing insights to inform process improvements and optimize customer support strategies.
