Jr. Executive/ Executive- Warehouse & Distribution

* Spearhead daily warehouse operations, driving efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to meet customer demands. * Champion inventory management by implementing robust documentation systems and conducting daily stock reconciliations to ensure accuracy and precision. * Architect and enforce a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory system to optimize stock levels and minimize waste. * Collaborate with distribution and transport teams to orchestrate timely and seamless product deliveries, exceeding customer expectations. * Oversee product handling during loading and unloading to safeguard quality and reduce damage, ensuring high standards of care and attention. * Lead and manage warehouse personnel, delegating tasks and creating daily work schedules to maximize productivity and performance. * Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and organization within the warehouse, maintaining a clean and secure environment that meets company standards. * Develop and submit comprehensive daily reports on stock levels, delivery performance, and operational metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. * Facilitate internal and external audits, as well as physical stock verifications, to ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
