* Drive business growth in the SAARC and APAC regions by developing and executing strategic training sales plans to achieve sales targets with distinction. * Spearhead corporate training sales efforts, leveraging digital platforms, including e-marketing, social media, and website management, to expand the company's corporate training services and boost revenue. * Architect and implement effective sales strategies to drive public and corporate training sales, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. * Lead client engagement initiatives, fostering strong relationships with potential clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences to drive satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. * Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of potential corporate clients through strategic networking, partnerships, and targeted outreach efforts. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, training, and operations, to ensure seamless alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. * Develop and execute targeted lead generation initiatives to drive corporate training sales from initial contact to close. * Analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize sales results and achieve business targets.
