Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead sales operations within the assigned region to drive monthly and annual sales targets, fueling project performance and client engagement. * Architect and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team targets, ensuring consistent growth and expansion. * Drive lead generation and conversion, leveraging market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and capitalize on emerging trends. * Foster new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and social media engagement, cultivating a robust pipeline of potential clients. * Develop and deliver compelling presentations to showcase products and services, tailoring pitches to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each client. * Analyze sales and financial data to inform business decisions, creating regular reviews and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize results, sharing customer feedback and market insights to enhance overall performance. * Identify and pursue emerging market opportunities, maintaining a pulse on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve. * Nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers, providing exceptional communication and support to protect company interests and drive long-term growth. * Stay abreast of market intelligence, providing timely updates and recommendations to management to inform strategic planning and decision-making. * Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, adhering to departmental guidelines and ensuring seamless inventory control to drive operational efficiency.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • BBA/MBA from a renowned institution

Additional

  • At least 05 years of work experience in reputed Real Estate Company in Bangladesh
  • Proven experience in real estate sales leadership
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing and motivating high-performing sales teams and meet deadlines
  • Solid understanding of the property market and buyer expectations
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
