In-Charge, Store (Sr. Officer/Asst. Manager)

• Spearhead the verification of incoming material documents, driving accuracy and efficiency in Material Receiving Report (MRR) processing. • Oversee stock management, ensuring seamless alignment between physical inventory and system records through meticulous monitoring of store requisitions and bin cards. • Architect and supervise material handling operations, optimizing resource allocation and manpower utilization during loading and unloading processes. • Ensure the safe and systematic storage of materials, implementing best practices to minimize risks and maximize storage capacity. • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including procurement and production, to drive business objectives and resolve operational issues. • Drive the preparation and submission of daily and weekly reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and enabling data-driven decision-making. • Lead periodic stock count exercises, analyzing discrepancies and developing reconciliation reports to inform inventory management strategies. • Develop and submit comprehensive inventory reports, empowering Departmental Heads to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
