* Drive project planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with critical pathways and budgetary constraints. * Architect strategic plans to mitigate risks and crises, leveraging trend analysis and proactive responses. * Foster the well-being of sponsored children, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard. * Empower community groups, including journalists, child forums, and advocacy networks, through capacity-building initiatives. * Capture compelling stories and visuals for documentation, showcasing project impact and progress. * Manage sponsorship communications, adhering to guidelines and fostering meaningful connections with stakeholders. * Collaborate with local government agencies, private sectors, NGOs, and civil societies to advance project objectives. * Provide operational support to field facilitators, including performance management, coaching, and capacity development. * Develop and submit comprehensive reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual updates, to stakeholders. * Design and prepare fact-based reports, highlighting project achievements and areas for improvement. * Organize events and activities that amplify the voices and leadership of marginalized children, promoting an enabling environment for their rights and empowerment. * Develop and disseminate educational materials, promoting early childhood development and respect for the UNCRC. * Implement human rights-based programs, ensuring that project activities are aligned with international standards and best practices. * Represent the organization in local and national forums, networks, and seminars, upholding its reputation and values. * Develop and share case studies, success stories, and lessons learned, showcasing project impact and effectiveness. * Uphold organizational values, respecting PHEA, safeguarding, and child protection principles. * Facilitate participatory review and reflection processes, ensuring that project activities are informed by community needs and perspectives. * Support women-led community development initiatives, promoting gender equality and social justice. * Ensure timely and effective project delivery, setting strategies and guidelines to guarantee quality and impact.
