Sr. Executive (Accounts & Finance)

* Drive accurate financial reporting by maintaining daily accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries. * Ensure compliance and accuracy by processing and verifying vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents. * Architect product costing by collecting and analyzing data on raw materials, packaging, and production overheads. * Manage inventory records, track stock movements, and support physical stock verification to ensure data integrity. * Lead routine bank transactions, including cheque processing and bank reconciliation, to ensure seamless financial operations. * Oversee LATR/LC accounting, import documentation, and recording of duties and related costs to ensure regulatory compliance. * Develop and prepare VAT-related documents, including Mushak forms and challans, and assist in VAT/TDS/VDS compliance. * Collaborate in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and schedules for internal and external stakeholders. * Monitor and track receivables and payables, follow up on collections, and maintain meticulous documentation. * Support budgeting and variance analysis by compiling and analyzing required data to inform business decisions. * Maintain organized filing and documentation systems to ensure audit readiness and compliance. * Foster cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with internal departments to gather financial data and reconcile discrepancies. * Provide financial information and reports to auditors and management, ensuring timely and accurate support. * Execute additional accounting and financial tasks as assigned by the Manager to drive business growth and excellence.
