Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead innovative brand communication campaigns, leveraging ATL, BTL, and digital channels to drive engagement and conversions.
• Monitor and dissect competitors' marketing strategies, using data-driven insights to inform and optimize brand action plans.
• Foster collaborative relationships with marketing, creative, and advertising agencies to align brand objectives and achieve shared goals.
• Architect and implement distributor and dealer management programs, including incentives and facilitation strategies to boost performance.
• Develop, manage, and track brand budgets, analyzing ROI to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Design and execute trade promotional strategies and assets, driving business growth and brand visibility.
• Champion category and cluster marketing plans, ensuring seamless alignment with brand strategy and annual objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and sales, to activate brand marketing initiatives and drive business success.
