* Spearhead on-site construction activities, driving projects forward with precision and efficiency. * Architect and execute projects in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and budgets, ensuring seamless delivery. * Drive project progress, monitoring milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion. * Develop and maintain comprehensive progress reports, providing daily, weekly, and monthly updates to stakeholders. * Lead the review of structural, architectural, and MEP drawings, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to standards. * Implement robust quality control measures, scrutinizing materials and workmanship to meet exceptional standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site, leveraging expertise to minimize delays and optimize results. * Foster collaborative relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination and contract compliance. * Conduct regular site inspections, enforcing QA/QC procedures and verifying contractor performance against contract terms. * Oversee budget control and cost estimation, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing waste. * Drive optimal utilization of manpower and equipment, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity. * Liaise with cross-functional teams, including architects, consultants, and internal departments, to ensure cohesive project delivery. * Provide expert technical inputs, reporting project status, challenges, and risks to management and contributing to informed decision-making. * Champion health and safety protocols on-site, conducting regular briefings and enforcing strict safety standards to protect personnel and assets. * Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing proactive strategies to prevent issues and ensure smooth project execution.
