Executive/Sr. Executive-CAD

• Drive fabric consumption planning by leveraging tech packs and measurement charts to inform initial fabric and trim requirements. • Architect marker plans using CAD software to optimize fabric utilization and minimize waste. • Calculate and manage fabric consumption for sample development, size set creation, and bulk production runs. • Conduct thorough fabric analysis, considering factors such as width, shrinkage, GSM, repeat, and fabric type to ensure accurate consumption calculations. • Lead efforts to maximize marker efficiency, reducing fabric wastage and promoting sustainable practices. • Deliver critical consumption data to Merchandising teams, enabling informed costing and price negotiation strategies. • Manage and maintain detailed consumption records and reports, providing insights for management review and decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pattern, IE, Planning, and Cutting, to ensure consumption accuracy and alignment. • Execute special projects and tasks as assigned by management, driving business objectives and supporting team goals.
