Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law. * Architect and maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime data from various sources. * Drive timely and precise calculation and disbursement of wages, salaries, and benefits, such as festival bonuses and gratuity. * Manage and resolve payroll-related queries, complaints, and discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner. * Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including service benefits and other compensation-related programs. * Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and internal company policies, mitigating potential risks and liabilities. * Develop and submit statutory reports, including income tax, PF, and government contributions, to relevant authorities. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as accounts and compliance teams, to facilitate audits, inspections, and payroll documentation. * Design and deliver payroll-related MIS reports and summaries to management, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. * Lead payroll audits and ensure seamless maintenance and filing of all payroll documentation, guaranteeing compliance and transparency.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Additional

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing & C&B in a large manufacturing or RMG/Textile group
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law
  • Working experience & proficiency in MS Excel, payroll software, and ERP modules
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
