Technician-Chilling Center

* Spearhead the upkeep and optimization of chilling center equipment to ensure seamless operations. * Proactively drive preventive maintenance of plant machinery, adhering to scheduled timelines to mitigate potential issues and downtime. * Manage and maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities, including preventive and breakdown maintenance, to inform data-driven decisions and supervisor guidance. * Execute mechanical tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor, leveraging technical expertise to support plant operations. * Foster a safe and secure work environment, protecting team members from harm, abuse, and exploitation, and upholding the organization's safeguarding policies and standards. * Champion and promote a culture of safeguarding, educating team members on policy and implementation, and ensuring adherence to standards in all aspects of work. * Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring peak performance and efficiency. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, performing routine maintenance to prevent disruptions and optimize system performance. * Uphold stringent safety and hygiene standards, prioritizing the well-being of team members and the integrity of operations at all times.
