Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the review and distribution of incoming communications, assessing their importance and ensuring timely dissemination to relevant stakeholders. * Orchestrate complex schedules, coordinating appointments, meetings, conferences, travel, interviews, and events, while crafting responses to routine inquiries and correspondence. * Serve as the primary point of contact, managing incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors, and prioritizing correspondence to ensure seamless communication. * Develop and maintain meticulous records management systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of documents, files, and reports. * Provide exceptional customer service, greeting visitors and determining access to key individuals, while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. * Offer strategic administrative support to senior leaders, resolving day-to-day operational challenges and driving business efficiency. * Foster open communication channels, acting as a liaison between executives, directors, departments, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and drive results. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement decisions and drive business outcomes, while providing logistical support and performing assigned tasks. * Champion a safe and respectful work environment, ensuring the well-being and safeguarding of team members, and promoting a culture of zero tolerance for harm, abuse, or exploitation. * Embed safeguarding policies and standards into daily operations, providing guidance, support, and expertise to establish a secure and supportive workplace. * Drive adherence to safeguarding reporting procedures, encouraging transparency and accountability in the event of reportable incidents.
