Key Responsibilities
• Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.• Should have capability to insure quality customer service.• Communicate with customers in an informative manner, in keeping with brand’s voice and tone.• Must be knowledgeable about Social Media, Email and web chat.• Handling incoming inquiries from prospective customers or client.• Assist Customer effectively by solving customer complain.• Provide customer additional information or explain service.• Ensure Customer satisfaction.• Able to work on live chat, Facebook replies.• Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor/Honors
