Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the execution of complex EPC and infrastructure projects, driving business growth, project excellence, and long-term value creation.
* Architect and deliver multi-million-dollar projects, including Underground Metro Rail, Seaports, Airports, and Solar Power Plants, with a focus on timeline, cost, and quality excellence.
* Drive strategic decision-making, partnering with the Board and Managing Director to shape the organization's growth and expansion.
* Lead and integrate high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering and project teams to achieve world-class execution.
* Foster and manage key stakeholder relationships, including government bodies, consultants, and consortium partners, to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Champion compliance with international engineering, HSE, and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety.
* Develop and implement risk management, value engineering, and optimization strategies to drive project efficiency and profitability.
* Present strategic insights, reports, and recommendations to executive leadership and clients, providing data-driven guidance to inform business decisions.

Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Master of Science (MSc)
- Bachelor`s / Master`s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Naval/Marine, or related disciplines from a recognized institution)
Additional
- Proven leadership in complex infrastructure project environments
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contracts, budgeting, and stakeholder management
- Deep knowledge of global engineering standards and execution methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience in iconic or mega infrastructure projects (local or international)
- Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions
- Expertise in MEP disciplines
- Advanced proficiency in PIVOT analysis
