• Spearhead strategic outreach initiatives to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and corporate clients in Bangladesh, amplifying Sunway Medical Centre's services and expertise. • Uncover and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving growth in patient referrals from Bangladesh to Malaysia. • Foster and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and medical facilitators, to expand Sunway Medical Centre's network. • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams in Malaysia, ensuring streamlined patient handling, service delivery, and exceptional customer experiences. • Design and execute impactful medical camps, CME programs, and promotional events that showcase Sunway Medical Centre's capabilities and build brand awareness. • Deliver on monthly and annual patient referral targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.
