Officer- Immunization

* Drive the delivery of high-quality immunization services, ensuring timely and effective EPI interventions to targeted populations at Cox's Bazar Child Hospital. * Lead the management of vaccine storage and handling, maintaining strict protocols to guarantee vaccine potency and safety. * Architect and maintain robust record-keeping systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with cross-functional health teams to maximize immunization coverage and prevent vaccine-preventable diseases in the community. * Oversee laboratory testing, quality assurance, and infection prevention and control (IPC) compliance, supervising laboratory assistants to ensure adherence to strict protocols. * Develop and maintain effective partnerships with government immunization teams, local authorities, and humanitarian actors to drive the successful implementation of vaccination activities. * Manage and support the integration of immunization services with broader SCI health programs, targeting underserved communities and promoting holistic healthcare solutions. * Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, maintaining accurate reporting systems and leveraging insights to optimize immunization strategies and improve health outcomes.
