Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead sales and marketing initiatives for the Trading Unit, driving business growth and expansion across stone, coal, and other building materials.
* Architect and execute multi-channel sales and marketing strategies to propel organizational success and achieve defined goals.
* Build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-driven performance.
* Drive team performance by setting ambitious sales targets, tracking progress, and ensuring timely achievement of objectives.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and untapped business opportunities, informing data-driven decision making.
* Oversee procurement, marketing, and distribution planning for trading items, ensuring seamless execution and optimal resource allocation.
* Develop and deploy comprehensive marketing plans, leveraging brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention strategies to maximize impact.
* Manage the creation of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
* Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Optimize expenses and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize ROI and minimize waste.
* Analyze sales and marketing performance data, identifying areas for improvement and informing strategic decision making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with overarching business objectives, driving cohesion and synergy.
* Develop, manage, and track monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
* Design and implement annual national sales plans, unit and volume sales plans, and monthly sales and collection budgets, driving business growth and expansion.
* Develop and monitor comprehensive sales and distribution strategies, leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis to maximize sales opportunities.
* Provide strategic recommendations on pricing structures, product lines, and market trends, driving business growth and competitiveness.
* Stay abreast of industry developments, customer preferences, and market shifts, leveraging insights to inform business strategy and drive growth.
* Establish clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales volume, market share, distribution channels, and profit margins, guiding promotions and sponsorships.
