* Spearhead compliance initiatives by scrutinizing electrical records, reports, and operational practices to ensure adherence to internal control systems. * Architect comprehensive audit programs, conducting thorough electrical audits and compiling detailed reports that drive process improvements. * Drive financial integrity by validating electrical bills, verifying billing accuracy, and ensuring compliance with procurement and payment protocols. * Analyze technical documentation, including electrical drawings and schematics, to guarantee accuracy and compliance with industry standards. * Lead the assessment of electrical system planning for ongoing and proposed projects, focusing on adequacy, efficiency, and safety standards. * Collaborate with engineers and personnel to inspect electrical equipment, installations, and power distribution systems, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted service. * Identify areas for improvement by evaluating electrical safety practices, power consumption patterns, and electricity costs, and develop strategies for efficiency enhancement and risk mitigation. * Conduct site visits and inspections to verify electrical systems, materials, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. * Support talent acquisition by screening candidate profiles, reviewing recruitment procedures, and participating in selection committees for technical positions. * Develop and present analytical reports on special assignments, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive organizational excellence.
