• Drive safe maintenance operations by issuing work permits for activities such as cold work, hot work, and system isolation. • Oversee the air compressor and boiler systems, ensuring seamless start-up, operation, and shutdown procedures. • Lead the operation of boiler and turbine systems, including start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency responses to prevent trips and ensure optimal performance. • Manage the operation and maintenance of boiler and steam turbine equipment, adhering to regulatory requirements and compliance standards. • Execute operations and maintenance activities by applying technical expertise and industry principles to deliver complex assignments under the guidance of the O&M Manager. • Operate and control a range of electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, and control panels, to ensure efficient plant operations. • Spearhead the operation of mechanical equipment, such as pumps, valves, and gearboxes, to maintain optimal plant performance and efficiency. • Collaborate on regular maintenance and upgrade projects to ensure the plant remains in top working condition. • Conduct root cause analyses to identify and resolve equipment failures, using technical drawings and logic systems to inform solutions. • Foster a culture of discipline and coordination, providing support and guidance to team members as needed. • Develop and maintain accurate records of station operations and maintenance reports, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and compliance.
